My first camera was a hand-me-down, a used Argus 35mm camera.  I remember loving the look and feel of that 35mm camera, looking through the viewfinder, manually focusing on the subject, then click.  Voila, results!  On film!  I  love to take photos.  I have been through many cameras, and thousands of family and travel photos.  Dubbed the family picturer taker-er.  Seldom am I in front of the camera.  I enjoy capturing the moment, the memory, the laughter, the emotion.

I am a photo hobbyist and scrapbooker.  My many projects include photographer, traditional scrapbooker, digital scrapbooker, photo boards, collages, and VHS transfer to DVD, and much more.  What else?  I am a Techie.  I like my toys and find them a challenge and fun.  I enjoy great action movies, a good comedy and drama.

I started this blog to share photos with other bloggers of the same interest.  Writing is not one of my greatest skills.  Words do not flow easily for me so I will do my best.  I focus my free time (as I do work full time) on photo projects and photography.  Months into this now, more and more of my photos will be shared.  You will find them naturally as taken or either enhanced through ON1 Photo Raw 2017 or Photoshop.

I do my best to acknowledge all bloggers who follow or like my posts.  The review process takes a few days depending on my schedule.  I appreciate all of you for visiting!  Let’s keep sharing!

  4. Here’s what I want to say, Taking the pictures is a hard job especially at a function, because you have to sort of isolate yourself from the fun to capture the fun. For instance, people who do wedding shouldn’t be part of the wedding because they will miss the social aspect of it. But thanks for being the picture taker capturing the moments, yet not really being part of the fun your capturing it. Especially for family events if more people had this in there family they would have more captured family memories. Blessings, Shazza
